The Florida Swat Association, Florida Southern College, and City of Lakeland are thrilled to announce the first annual  F.A.S.T Conference 2026 (Florida Active Shooter Training) 

This notable event is scheduled to take place from June 29th to July 1st, 2026. This event will bring together law enforcement, school security, and school professionals from all over the southeast United States in order to train on the latest and best techniques to prepare, protect, and prevent active assailant events. 

FAST will feature a diverse range of events, including instruction on breaching, prevention methods, response tactics, live roleplay scenarios, range clases, medical response options, mindset, and many more topics. This event is designed to improve law enforcement response to these type of incidents. 

This year will feature instruction from keynote speaker Kyle Morgan with Blu Bearing Solutions, Brent Tucker with Tier 1 Podcast and First Responder Coffee Co., USPSA Grandmaster and multiple time national champion shooter Brandon Wright, Michael Collazo who responded to The Covenant school in Nashville, and many more. 

This will be a 3 day event that is meant to be cost effective to agencies and offer top tier training. All lodging and meals are included in the pricing, which makes this event one of a kind.

$600 - Standard Rate - Includes dorm lodging and meals on site
