Brad Pope Bio
Sgt. Brad Pope has served with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office for over 18 years, including 15 years on the agency’s SWAT team, where he currently serves OIC. Prior to law-enforcement, Sgt. Pope served in the United States Marine Corps completing multiple overseas combat tours. He has instructed for FSA since 2019 and currently heads FSA’s Basic SWAT Course.
