This is a training debrief via Zoom from an incident involving the Indian River County Sheriff's Office and other surrounding agencies.  The event consists of a pursuit that travels through multiple counties and ends in a semi-rural area with the suspect from the pursuit holding hostages.  You will have to tune into this excellent debrief to see how it ends.  Instructor / Operator, Sgt.
