This course will discuss the importance of the team leader's role in tactical operations, training events, and administrative functions. The class will discuss topics related to tactics and strategies for tactical operations, civil liability considerations, use of force concerns, planning, equipment needs as well as national law enforcement trends surrounding tactical operations as a whole.  This has been a very well-received course taught numerous times across the state by well-respected national instructors and serves as an excellent introduction for all members of tactical teams and particularly that of senior members who may become a TL in the future.  It also is a solid refresher course for those already filling the role ensuring your team and actions are on par with national standards and trends.
