SWAT Round-Up 2018 Vendor Show Information

BEFORE THE VENDOR SHOW…
The Vendor Show will be open to SWAT Round-Up attendees and guests November 13 - 15, 2018 at the Orange Co. SO Firing Range, 14500 Wewahootee Road, Orlando, FL, 32832

Returning vendors can register beginning July 13 at 9 am EST. An email with instructions and a floor map link will be sent to your company contact person who registered you in 2017.
For new vendors, booths are first-come, first-served when general registration opens July 20 at 9 am EST. The registration map link will be posted on the homepage of swatroundup.org at 9 am. Booths are likely to sell out very quickly. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on the waiting list.

The opportunities offered here are designed to fit a variety of marketing strategies and budgets. They are available to both registered vendors and those companies that will not be attending SWAT Round-Up but want to support the participants and the event.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. All fees must be paid by October 13 or your booth will be released for resale.

AT THE VENDOR SHOW…
CHECK-IN AND SET-UP
Set-up is Monday, November 12 at 10 a.m. at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Range. Registration packets will be available Monday at the range until 4 p.m. and at the host hotel (Orlando Airport Marriott) after 5 p.m. On Monday, you will be directed to either park in the vendor lot, where assistance will be provided to transport your booth materials OR you will be allowed to park your vehicle at/near your booth space at the range staff’s discretion. Set-up will be allowed Tuesday morning between 7 and 9 a.m. However, vehicles are prohibited from entering the booth area.
Teardown is Thursday, November 15 at 2 p.m. Our staff will assist in transporting gear AFTER the competition is finished and officials have cleared the range for vehicle access.
8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Badges will be required to enter the range grounds Tuesday through Thursday. We highly recommend you pick up your badge on Monday, Nov. 12 at the range (until 4 pm) or the Orlando Airport Marriott hotel (after 5 pm.) You will be asked to wait for clearance at the front gate if you do not present a badge.
Parking passes (one per vendor) for the vendor lot are distributed in registration packets. This parking pass must be displayed to enter the vendor lot. Park in the general parking lot and take a shuttle to vendor show site if you do not have a parking pass.
