Rural Fugitive Recovery Operations |
| Course Synopsis:
This training will teach tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP’s) to tactical teams searching for an armed suspect(s) in a wooded terrain environment. Training topics include notable manhunts, situations requiring a wooded terrain operation, camouflage/concealment, weapon/equipment considerations, basic hand and arm signals, individual/team movement formations, immediate action drills and command & control issues. This course is limited to 36 students. Student Equipment List: Bring the following gear tactical clothing(BDU’s/Multicam’s), boots, boonie hat, light body armor, drop/hip holster, hand-gun & long-gun, police radio, camelback, 100 long rifle rounds, eye/ear pro. **Students are responsible for bringing their lunch to the training site** Course Location: Tuesday 0800-1700 hours: Continuation of course topics. Wednesday 0800-1700 hours: Continuation of course topics, end of course critique and presentation of training certificates. Point of Contact:
